The centerpiece of the Opportunity Map is Warm Intro — a system that matches you with job opportunities and connects you to recruiting partners who can advocate for you.

How It Works

1. Complete your profile with your experience level, target role, industry, skills, preferred locations, work mode, and salary expectations
2. PokeBot's matching algorithm scores opportunities against your profile using multiple factors:
   • Experience and industry fit
   • Skills match
   • Mock interview performance
   • Career plan alignment
   • Location and work mode preferences
3. Review your matches — each one comes with a match score so you can see how well it fits
4. React to opportunities — thumbs up for roles you're interested in, thumbs down to pass

When you give a thumbs up, your resume and profile can be shared with the recruiting partner for that role. This is a warm introduction, not a cold application — someone is putting your name forward.

You Control What Gets Shared

Choose your sharing preference in Settings:

• Matched Sharing (Default) — Your resume is only shared for jobs you explicitly like (thumbs up). You maintain approval over every introduction.
• Automatic Sharing — Your profile is automatically shared for roles that match your qualifications, without needing your approval for each one.
• Opt Out — Your profile is never shared with recruiting partners. You can still use every other feature on PokeBot.

You can change your preference anytime. Your data, your rules.
