  • Resume analysis, optimization, and tailoring
  • Mock interview practice with AI feedback
  • Progress tracking and analytics

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and is intended for informational and educational purposes. PokeBot does not guarantee employment outcomes or job placement.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including resumes, career information, and interview responses ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process and analyze your content to provide the Service
  • Store your content securely on our systems
  • Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service

We will not sell your personal content or share it with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or content

6. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results from using the Service will meet your expectations
  • The Service will guarantee employment or career outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POKEBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PokeBot, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
