Getting Started with PokeBot: Your AI Career Growth Companion

PokeBot is an AI platform for career growth. You can use it to run a job search, prepare for a promotion, or explore a career change.

Can You Try PokeBot Before Signing Up?

Yes. You can try PokeBot as a guest, no account required. Guest mode gives you access to Career Planning, Resume Builder, and Mock Interview so you can see how the platform works. Guest work doesn't carry over to an account, so create a free account when you want your progress and results saved.

What Can PokeBot Do?

PokeBot is built around five core modules covering career planning, job opportunities, resumes, interviews, and progress tracking:

1. Career Planning

Set clear goals and build a plan to reach them. PokeBot's AI helps you run a skill gap analysis, generate personalized growth plans with weekly tasks, explore career directions, simulate a day in your target role, and find learning resources, all tailored to your background and goals.

2. Opportunity Map

Discover job opportunities matched to your profile. The Warm Intro feature is open to every user: when there's a matching role, it can introduce you to recruiting partners and highlight what's on your profile, and you control exactly when and how your resume is shared. You earn Power Intro status by completing your profile, completing Find Your Direction, and scoring 75+ on both a resume analysis and a mock interview. With it, your introductions go out marked as interview-ready. You can also browse networking profiles, find professional connections, and discover career events in your community.

3. Resume Builder

Upload your resume for an AI analysis with a detailed score and suggestions for improvement. Then use Resume Studio to tailor your resume to any job description. Choose from multiple templates and export as PDF or Word. You can also generate cover letters and cold outreach emails to round out your application materials.

4. Mock Interview

Practice realistic AI interviews in several formats: standard interview practice (technical, behavioral, resume-based, and job-fit questions), consulting-style case interviews, group discussions, pitch & demo sessions, performance reviews, and Mock Everything for any other real-world conversation. Choose your difficulty and experience level, and get scored on communication and English, content, structure, and professionalism. Turn on follow-up questions and PokeBot asks them based on your answers, the way a real interviewer would. You can practice by text or in audio mode.

5. Progress Tracker

See how you're growing over time. Performance Dashboards show your score trends, Growth Path includes a skill matrix built from your skill gap analyses, and the Progress Coach writes personalized reports with concrete next steps based on your activity.

How Do XP, Levels, and Streaks Work?

PokeBot keeps you motivated with a built-in gamification system. You earn experience points (XP) for completing tasks, practicing interviews, and building your career plan. Your level rises as your XP grows, and daily streaks reward you for showing up day after day.
