How Does Plan Everything Work?

  1. Tell PokeBot what you want to plan: a side project, a fitness routine, wedding planning, a product launch, or anything else
  2. Add context: budget, timeline, constraints, or priorities that shape your plan
  3. Set your preferences: choose a timeline (1 month to 1 year) and weekly commitment level (light, moderate, or intensive)
  4. Get your plan: PokeBot breaks your goal into weekly tasks, milestones, resources, and success metrics

Every plan comes with tasks you can check off as you go, and your progress shows up alongside your career plans in the Progress Tracker's Growth Path.

If you'd rather not start from scratch, pick from 21 ready-made templates (plus a Custom Plan) across 7 categories:

Plans adapt to your timeline. A 1-month plan gives you 2–4 tasks per week. A 1-year plan is organized into monthly periods with 3–5 tasks each.
