Guest Mode: Try PokeBot Without Signing Up

What You Can Do as a Guest

Guest Mode gives you access to three of PokeBot's five core modules:

Career Planning

• Create cover letters and cold outreach emails

Mock Interview

• Practice technical, behavioral, and custom interviews
• Get scored across five competencies with specific feedback on every answer
• Experience adaptive follow-up questions that probe deeper based on your responses
• Try text or voice mode

Everything works the same as it does for registered users — the AI is identical, the feedback is just as detailed, and the features are fully functional. However, guest tier usage is limited — you get a set number of sessions to try things out.

What's Different in Guest Mode

The key difference is persistence and usage limits. As a guest, your work lives only in your current session:

• Resumes, plans, and interview scores aren't saved to a permanent account
• You can't access the Progress Tracker (it needs historical data to be useful)
• You can't access the Opportunity Map (it requires a profile for job matching)
• If you close your browser, your session data is gone
• Usage is capped — you can try each feature a limited number of times

Think of Guest Mode as a test drive. You get the full experience of the engine, but you're not building a permanent record yet.

When to Create an Account

You'll want to register when you're ready to:

• Unlock more usage — registered accounts on the paid tier get significantly higher usage limits across all features
• Save your progress — keep your growth plans, resume versions, and interview scores
• Track improvement over time — the Progress Tracker shows score trends and skill development across sessions
• Access the Opportunity Map — get matched to job opportunities and connect with recruiters through Warm Intro
• Build your network — connect with other professionals on the platform
• Earn XP and levels — the gamification system tracks your growth across sessions
